The Mortgage Market Review (MMR) implemented in April 2014 introduced far more regulation with regards mortgages, especially in terms of affordability checks and lending criteria. Fees
£295.00 is payable on application, when applying for a full mortgage offer, after a decision in principle has been provided.
£695.00 payable when a full mortgage offer is issued.
If your circumstances are more complex, we may charge a higher fee. Our maximum fee is 1.5% of the loan value.
